TFA CLINIC

The First Academy has three clinics and three Isolation rooms. Our school clinics provide comprehensive health care services that are to be delivered by our professional team usually made up of physicians, nurses, counselors, and other health care professionals. Our nurses provide services in person visit.

We are providing first aid or emergency care to sick or injured students. Assessing the students to detect early signs and symptoms of health problems, which will affect learning. Monitor and maintain the growth and development of students.

Giving health education to students during any visit to the school clinic on topics including nutrition, physical activity, obesity, preventing injuries, smoking prevention, oral health, and mental health.

At the beginning of each academic year, we will take BMI and

recording data, and comparing it with the previous reading.

Health care services are provided to students with diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, nephrotic syndrome, and any other illness.

 

COVID - 19

While time marches on amidst the pandemic, school nurses continue to be on the frontline of keeping school children, teachers, and other staff healthy and safe. Any COVID -19 data will collect by the school nurse and send to the MOH.

Health education provided about the prevention of COVID 19 including hand hygiene, social distancing, safely wear and take off a face mask, use of sanitizer, etc.
